Position: Software Developer.

Duties:
- Design and develop enterprise and departmental business intelligence and data warehousing solutions.
- Collaborate with project leads, business analysts, end users and third-party contacts to design, implement and test data warehouse applications.
- Design and implement ETL processes in support of business analytics and reporting.
- Develop ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter, SQL and shell scripting to extract data from source systems, transform the data into the necessary format and load it into the data warehouse.
- Develop and perform unit, system, performance and regression testing on ETL mappings.
- Create source-to-target mapping specifications for ETL development.
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science & Engineering, Applied Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, Computer Information Systems, Electronics and/or Electrical Engineering or related field plus two years of experience in any position/title providing experience with Oracle & ETL.
Special Requirements:

- Create process flow diagrams to help illustrate complex requirements and concepts.
- Implementation of marketing tags such as doubleclick and facebook as well as analytics tags like adobe analytics.
- Implementation of tag management tools. Preference is Tealium, but open to comparable tools like adobe target, adobe launch.
- Perform implementation and validation on marketing tags such as double-click and Facebook as well as analytics tags like adobe analytics is a plus.
- Work with the stake holders to understand the business need behind initiatives to create user stories and acceptance criteria for delivery to your web developers and testers.
- Take all inputs provided, making sense of them, and present them back in a way that provides clarity on the subject at hand.
- Communicate significant changes to the website with the stake holders before, during and after release.
- Measure, report, and analyze key performance and business indicators across the company’s digital platform.

Duties:
- Provide technical direction and leadership on design, development, and testing of tagging and consent management solutions.
- Design, build, test, and monitor of our web data layer and web tags/pixels.
- Implement and maintain a technical solution for consent management with current and upcoming regulatory requirements.
- Ensure governance of consumer data taxonomy, consistency, quality, and consent compliance.
- Guide, mentor, and manage a team of tagging and QA engineers.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Maintain tag management platform, releases, and enhancements needed to support business processes and goals.
- Ability to foster relationship with vendors, web developers and guide web tagging developers in proper strategy for maintaining and Implementing web tags based on best practices.
- Identify opportunities for maximizing web analytics features to improve internal business processes and consumer experiences.
- Be informed and inform stakeholders of changes in the digital marketing industry that will affect 3rd party tagging and web analytics.
- Ability to identify data quality issues, sensitive data integrity, navigate multiple data sources, and work to resolve data quality issues.
